1. About these Terms
These Terms govern the supply of speed gates, turnstiles, access control systems, AI cameras, smart fridges, lockers and related products and services (“Products” and “Services“) by PS Enterprise Oy (operating as Gatech, “we”, “us”, “Seller”) to its business customers (“Customer“, “you“). By placing an order, signing a quotation or installing our Software, you accept these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Quotation — a written offer issued by Gatech, valid 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Software — the EntryNodes Access Management platform, AI-CAM firmware and any other software supplied by Gatech.
- Working day — Monday to Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays.

4. Orders and quotations
A binding contract is formed when (i) you accept a Gatech Quotation in writing, or (ii) Gatech confirms your purchase order in writing. Custom RAL colours, branded glass, BIM/CAD files and integration scopes specified in the Quotation form part of the contract.
5. Prices and payments
Prices are quoted in EUR, exclusive of VAT and shipping, unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are NET 14 days for first orders and NET 30 days for established customers, subject to credit approval. Late payments accrue interest at the Finnish reference rate + 8 percentage points. Title in the Products passes to the Customer upon full payment; risk transfers upon delivery in accordance with Section 6.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery is DAP (Incoterms 2020) to the Customer’s address unless agreed otherwise. Estimated delivery dates are non-binding indications. Risk transfers when the Products are delivered to the Customer or its designated carrier.
7. Installation and commissioning
Where Gatech provides installation, the Customer is responsible for site preparation (power, network, civil works, floor finish). Standard installation lead times are agreed in writing. Site obstructions, missing prerequisites or rescheduling at the Customer’s request may incur additional fees.
8. Warranties
Each hardware Product is covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery, extendable to five years under a written service contract. The mechanical service life of each Product is stated on the product page (5 to 10 million cycles depending on model). The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal commercial use; it excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, force majeure or routine wear of consumables.
9. Money-back guarantee
For new turnstile and speed-gate installations, Gatech offers a full money-back guarantee within 90 days of commissioning if the Product fails to meet the published technical specifications and Gatech cannot remedy the failure within 30 days of written notice. The guarantee covers the price of the Product and excludes installation, removal and third-party costs. Detailed terms and exclusions are set out in the Quotation.
10. Returns and repair
Subject to Section 9, returns are accepted only by prior written authorisation (RMA number). Repairs are performed at Gatech’s European service centre or on-site at Gatech’s discretion. Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted on time-and-materials.
11. Software (EntryNodes, AI-CAM, Smart Lockers)
Software is licensed, not sold, on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for use with Gatech hardware. Cloud services are provided on a subscription basis under a separate Service Order. Service Level: 99.9 % monthly uptime target with EU-hosted infrastructure. Data processing roles, security and audit logs are governed by our Privacy Policy and a Data Processing Agreement available on request.
12. Customer obligations
The Customer is responsible for the lawful operation of the Products at its site, including any required permits, fire-alarm integration sign-off, GDPR compliance for member data, and reasonable care to avoid vandalism or misuse.
13. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Products, Software, documentation, BIM/CAD models and Gatech designs remains the property of Gatech or its licensors. The Customer receives a non-exclusive licence to use them solely for the operation of the purchased Products.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gatech’s aggregate liability under or in connection with any contract is limited to the price paid by the Customer for the Products and Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event. Gatech is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for personal injury caused by negligence, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud.
15. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (including war, pandemic, sanctions, energy disruption, strikes affecting third-party carriers, semi-conductor shortages, or government action). The affected party must notify the other promptly and use reasonable efforts to mitigate.
16. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential the technical, commercial and pricing information disclosed by the other in connection with these Terms and use it only for the purposes of the contract. This obligation survives termination for five years.
17. Termination
Either party may terminate a contract for material breach if the other fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of written notice. Gatech may suspend Software services for non-payment after a 15-day grace period.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Finnish law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus). Consumer customers may also use the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on gatech.fi. Material changes apply to new orders placed after the effective date.
