Description
What the GT-01 is good at
The 165 mm square cabinet is narrower than cylindrical swing gate designs and fits into tighter installations without reducing the available passage width. Wing width is configurable up to 900 mm, which covers wheelchair users and people with large luggage in a single lane. The 230 mm cabinet depth is enough to mount an RFID card reader directly inside the gate body, keeping the installation clean without an external bracket. At 40 persons per minute the open and close cycle is fast enough for metered single-person entry when two units are paired facing each other, creating a saloon-door lane. Wing width, wing height and cabinet colour are all configurable, which gives more fit-out flexibility than a fixed-dimension cylindrical design. For sites that want a paired GT-01 and GT-50 tripod combination, both share the same colour palette and LED system, which is a popular configuration in gyms and swimming facilities.
Security & safety
Anti-pinch protection reverses the wing on contact throughout the full stroke. Tailgating and reverse-direction attempts trigger an alarm. On power loss the wing opens automatically to keep the passage clear. On fire alarm the gate releases for free egress and holds open until the alarm is reset.
User experience
The square cabinet profile is unobtrusive in retail and gym environments. Tri-colour LED strip shows blue on standby, green on authorised passage and red on rejection, readable at a glance. The wing up to 900 mm wide handles wheelchair users, pushchairs and people with luggage without a dedicated separate lane. Logo printing on the wing glass is available for branded entrances.
Integration & customisation
Connects to any access control system over dry contact or RS485. The 230 mm cabinet depth provides enough space to mount an RFID reader internally, keeping the installation clean without an external bracket. Compatible with card, QR, face recognition, fingerprint and remote control credentials. Cabinet available in virtually any RAL powder coat colour. Wing material available in plexiglass or steel, with width configurable up to 900 mm and height adjustable to suit the installation.
Durability & environment
Rated IP65, covering outdoor installations exposed to rain and dust as well as indoor environments with regular cleaning. Operating temperature range -20 to +55 degrees Celsius. The square cabinet geometry and IP65 rating make the GT-01 suitable for covered outdoor entrances and retail facilities where the gate is exposed to weather or cleaning chemicals. 10-million-cycle mechanical service life.
