Systematic approach to cost reduction

How to cut theft-related losses by 30%?

Solutions for your retail chain

Our gates are end-to-end solutions that help reduce theft-driven shrinkage and optimize customer flow. We deliver reliable, high-function systems designed for growth-oriented retailers

Unpaid entries icon

Theft and direct losses

Unauthorized product removal and return fraud eat into your margin every day, turning part of your revenue into direct losses

Our turnstiles physically block unauthorized exits (walk-out/push-out) and ensure that passage occurs only after payment validation or in a controlled mode

Staff hours icon

Labor costs

An excessive number of cashiers, manual receipt checks, and overtime tied to exit control inflate your operating labor costs

Turnstiles take over exit-control functions, allowing you to reduce cashier headcount

Queues and slow entry icon

Underutilized floor space

Large checkout islands and queue corridors occupy valuable sales area that could generate additional revenue from product placement

Compact, efficient self-service zones with turnstile clusters free up dozens of square meters, letting you repurpose the “eaten-up” space into more profitable impulse sales areas

Fragmented systems icon

Chaotic customer flow

Unmanaged entry and exit create counterflows, bottlenecks, and queues, which lower customer satisfaction (NPS) and lead to lost traffic

Turnstiles organize and structure customer movement, creating clear entry and exit zones that shorten wait times and improve overall service quality

How does it work?

Offer customers easy, fast passage—and your business reliable protection against theft.

Purchase and receipt

Choose your items, pay at self-checkout, and receive a receipt with a barcode

Exit with receipt

At the exit, present the receipt to the gate reader; the receipt is validated—the wings open and you exit

Emergencies

If an alarm occurs, the wings switch to a safe state and remain open, allowing customers to leave the store freely

Frequently asked questions

How long does installation take, and can it be done without store downtime?

Installation of 1–2 lanes is done overnight (6–8 h), and the lanes are operational by morning. We handle larger sites in phases without shutting down the store.

How does the system work with staffed checkouts and self-checkouts?

There’s a receipt scanner at the exit: the wings open only with a paid receipt. For self-checkouts (SCO) we receive a “paid” signal and/or verify the receipt’s QR/barcode — everything happens in fractions of a second.

Is the solution compatible with our QR receipts?

Yes. We support your POS system’s QR and barcodes; if needed, we connect via a simple API.

How is tailgating prevented, and how is it logged in reports?

Optical sensors allow only one person at a time; tailgating attempts are blocked “softly” (timestamp, lane; with camera integration, also an image/clip).

How does the system work during evacuations and other emergencies?

On a fire alarm, the wings open automatically and remain in free-passage mode. Staff have a push button/key, and during a power outage an open-pass mode is available.

How open are the interfaces?

We integrate in a straightforward way: a simple API/webhooks for receipts, standard connections to the fire alarm, and connection to existing readers/credentials without replacing cards or wristbands.

How are security and store staff trained?

We provide clear guides and videos; training for security and checkout staff is also available on-site.

What are the installation requirements — and what if space is limited?

Standard lane width is 900–1200 mm to allow shopping carts easily. If space is tight, we use compact models and corner layouts; we design a solution without rebuilding the property.

What are delivery times and build/electrical dependencies?

Standard models are delivered in 4–6 weeks (custom 6–8). We require 220 V per lane, a network drop near the gate, and a flat surface for anchors; the fire alarm signal is connected to the panel. We confirm everything in the plans before starting.
