Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you restore operations after a disruption?

We usually return the gate to service the same day. For urgent cases, we come on-site and restore operation within 1–4 hours.

How is tailgating prevented?

We install smart sensors that quickly close the wings behind the passer: the gate allows only one person through.

Does the solution work with our cards?

Yes. Our gates work with your cards, key fobs, wristbands, and phones. You don’t need to replace your credentials.

What happens in an evacuation?

On a fire alarm, the lanes open automatically and exit is free. After the alarm, the system returns to normal.

How and when do the gates pay for themselves?

Through fewer violations, fewer service visits, faster throughput and less need for personnel supervision. In typical office buildings, payback is about 12–24 months, depending on traffic.

How does the solution fit our lobby’s look?

We select materials and color (stainless/black/glass), produce a lobby rendering, and agree on lane widths. Everything looks clean and premium.

How long do integration and commissioning take?

After installation, the gates are immediately ready for use. Installation is done lane by lane, at night/on weekends, so the entrance is never shut down.
